Payment of your Swedish pension
During the period you work in Sweden, you earn the right to a Swedish pension based on your taxable income. When the time is nearing for you to retire, please contact the pension authority in your new country of residence and make them aware that you have accrued a pension in Sweden. They send this information to the Swedish pension authority, which calculates taxes and pays your pension.
